The Sugarplum Elf is pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of within the 48 contiguous United States.
The Sugarplum Elf ships via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight and destination.
Orders are processed starting within 1-2 business days and will ship beginning December 2ND. Most orders will arrive within 3-10 days after shipping, depending on weight and destination. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of when your package will arrive.

The Sugarplum Elf ships internationally. Rates are based on weight and shipping costs and options will be calculated at checkout.

NOTE: Some items cannot be shipped internationally.

International customers should choose PayPal as their payment method.

Orders can be placed online to many countries, including Canada, Mexico, the UK and EU, Australia, New Zealand, South America, China, and and Thailand.

While in most cases delivery will be sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery of orders outside of the U.S. or Canada via Flat Rate Shipping.

International shipments may be held at customs in the destination country for various periods of time over which we have no control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from The Sugarplum Elf! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.

Returned items that have been opened or are no longer in intact packaging are eligible for store credit only if accepted for return. Item may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
