FAQ

  • When will my order be delivered?
    All US orders begin shipping on DECEMBER 02 with the last shipment on DECEMBER 13. All orders destined for outside the US, will begin shipping NOVEMBER 15 so as to clear customs. Under normal shipping conditions, all orders are expected to arrive before Christmas Eve.
  • What happens if I do not submit my personalization information before the cut off date?
    We will attempt to gather your personalization information if it is incomplete before our cut off date of NOVEMBER 30. If we cannot obtain the personalization information, we will ship a certificate worded in a way that does not need a name and will have a default good deed statement.
  • Can I make changes to the personalization of my box or certificate?
    Yes! Please contact us and we will be glad to update your account. Personalization can be changed up to NOVEMBER 30. After that date, we can no longer accept changes to personalization without impacting production schedule and the possibility of not receiving your order before Christmas Eve.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Please log into your account and cancel your order. Because of the personalization nature of each order, we are sorry but we cannot refund orders after NOVEMBER 30. We will do our best to ensure you are able to cancel your order if you so desire.
